Hire Hustlers
A flat-subscription hiring service for high-turnover hourly roles, being built now.
What's coming
Hire Hustlers is being built for small and mid-sized companies that hire again and again for the same hourly roles: collectors, sales representatives, receptionists, and other phone-based jobs where people move on quickly. It is not open yet. This page explains plainly what it is meant to be, so that anyone who finds this address knows what to expect.
Most recruiting is paid one placement at a time. That works when a company fills a role once and keeps the person for years. It works badly when the same seat has to be filled again a year later, and again after that, because the fee is paid every time. Hire Hustlers is planned around a different arrangement: a flat subscription for a steady flow of candidates into those roles, instead of a separate fee for each hire.
Behind that sits screening. Hourly roles attract large numbers of applications, and reading them all is slow work for a small team. The service is meant to screen applications down to a short list of people worth a conversation, so that a hiring manager spends time on interviews rather than on sorting.
It will start with collections, the industry its founder knows from the inside, including the rules that come with it: licensing, background eligibility, and the conduct expected of anyone who calls a consumer about a debt. From there the same approach can carry over to other high-turnover phone roles with the same pattern.
There is nothing to sign up for on this page, and nothing is being sold here yet. When the service is ready to describe in full, this holding page will be replaced by the real site.
